The sales associate made my experience very personal. He helped me balance both mine and my mom’s bracelets. When I mentioned the charms I was looking for he knew exactly the ones I was talking about. After I had the cleaning service on my mom’s bracelet he took the time to polish each charm and the bracelet individually.
