Sales Associate was friendly, professional and most of all patient. I take my time with the item I'm thinking of purchasing and she was very patient and did not rush me. I do want to mention that when I first walked into the the store, I proceeded to look at the rings. The Sales person who was already with a customer directed me to 'sign in' to get assistance. I mentioned to her that I was looking at an item on the display to ensure the store had it in stock and she rudely says to me "just because we don't have it on display doesn't mean we don't have it in the store"! That's great customer service! I should've walked out but I'm familiar with other Sales Associates and I know that they don't have the same attitude as her.

My mum wanted to buy me a gift and she was looking for a "daughter" charm. I showed the associate what I was looking for but when I saw the charm, I was not too impressed, so she took the time to show me a few other options and it was perfect. I did not have to ask her which made my experience to the store very positive. thank you.

I always go to Scarborough Town Centre branch because this branch has a very knowledgeable staff. I always wanted Tahereh who always help me finding what I want, she knows where to get the stuff I wanted. no need for her to ask because she knows the product. I recommend her a big thumbs up on her service.

I am a newer Pandora customer so I was not sure what I was looking for. I wanted to purchase some clips, and the sales associate was very patient and understanding with us, and explained the differences in the clips with silicone built in and the clips you have to add the silicone . My husband and I were together and commented on the excellent customer service that we received today. Sometimes when I have gone into a Pandora store, they make you feel invisible, with no one acknowledging you are there.

My intention visiting the store just to get a sliver chain for my sister who lives abroad. As I was chatiing with Neelam she showed me the pendant and earring as a set. Thanks to her I liked hope that my sister will love it too.
