I specifically went to pandora to purchase a certain item. The item was not available, but the sales associate helped me solve the problem. I was happy with the outcome.

Sales associate Zenith was friendly & accommodating. She was wearing pieces that I wanted to purchase, nice to see how it looks on other people.
