Sales Manager Vicki was friendly and helpful. She had several suggestions, which I really appreciated and took her up on. I came in wanting to buy one wishbone ring to cheer me up post surgery and ended up with 3. Vicki was wonderful and think my husband will be back to pick up more of the set for my next milestone!

I had to do an exchange of a Christmas gift that I purchased online. When the item turned out to be wrong for the recipients bracelet, online chat service told me I could do a return/exchange at my nearest Pandora store, which was the Shops at Don Mills where I have shopped multiple times. I called the store, and their voicemail gave clear instructions on how to proceed. I sent an email with return item and exchange item. Employee Krista at the store called me and the transaction was verified and completed. I picked up at curb side shortly after that. It was a totally satisfying and painless procedure.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and super pleasant. I initially called the store to ask about a product. The product was not in store. The sales associate called around, located the product, had it shipped to the store. Following this , I was called to indicate the product had been located and then called when it arrived at the site. Very professional!! Upon arrival at the store I was treated superbly and the gift was wrapped beautifully. It was a present for a family member and arrived just in time! Thank you very much to the staff!!
