Arlee was extremely helpful with finding the charm that I thought was discontinued, since it's not available to be seen on the Canadian or US website, only the UK website. She found it (blue butterfly wing) with great speed and also mentioned to my surprise, that it had an additional 30% off. What a great visit. Thank you so much again for your help!

Our sales person, Halina, was incredibly knowledgable and patient as she helped my sister get the right size bracelet. I had purchased this for Christmas and unfortunately got it too small. Halina spent the time (since the store was nice and quiet) to help my sister learn to put on and take off the bracelet. Customer service is so lacking these days, but Halina's exemplary service was a breath of fresh air. If this is any indication of what our future visits will be like, then we look forward to adding lots of charms to the beautiful bracelet.
