Nothing wrong with this particular store. I was however anxious at visiting because of some very negative experiences at a different, nearby location. That maybe colored my expectations at this location.

I was not highly satisfied because I chose to purchase items during a promotion and the store was crowded and the sales staff were very busy and the wait was long. So this is my fault not the store's fault. I did not have to purchase items at this time.

Had a great sales girl by the name of Sandra. She was helpful and very fast/friendly.

I had purchased three rings the day before, and was equally unsatisfied with the lack of friendliness from the associate. On this particular occasion, I had to wait about five minutes for an associate to come out and assist me, and she recognized me from the day before. I told her that I was returning one ring and wanted to try the size down in the other two, but would be keeping them as I was satisfied with the style. In response, the lady was very terse and cold to the point I felt it was rude. I tried the size down and asked her opinion and received very little help. She had a sour expression and poor attitude throughout the whole transaction, until the very end after she had processed the exchange, as I think she saw my displeasure. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and attitude I received not just from this associate but at the store overall.

I asked a specific product and it was given me other. The store didn’t have any of the products I asked at first. I bought a necklace and the attendant not even put in a proper box (she put in a small plastic bag 😱). One of the attendants (not the one that helped me) was in a such bad temper.

2 hour wait. next in line but 2 of us and only 3 people in store at a time. my mother can not speak English so single people by pass while continuing to wait. I don't believe you will care about this but maybe make it 3 or 4 people at a time. to late for my experience but if I choice to try again it would help.

I specifically came to shop and purchased 2 items during the buy 2 get 40% off. Came home to realize only the one item is discounted. I specifically asked to see only the items that are part of this promo. Sales person continuously told me that both pieces I selected would be discounted. I’m giving these as gifts tonight and don’t have time to go back and get refunded. It’s a difference of approx. $20. Please have a sales associated contact me immediately to resolve this. 647-928-4184

I was served by Halina (she appeared to be the store manager). The store was empty, there were 3 sales associates there, I was the only customer. She seemed annoyed to even show me anything.... Just because I had my "summer mom clothes" on, I have LOTS of money to spend... I picked out my charm for my existing bracelet & I asked "can you clean my bracelet" (which didn't have ANY charms on it), she replied with "we don't do cleaning during promotions..... it might get busy" So they continue to put the new charm onto my dirty bracelet, & she says "I'll meet you over at the cash". She started ringing up my purchase & asked her employee to "just wipe the bracelet down". The cloth was dirty & used 100 times over. The bracelet was poorly "cleaned". What a joke!

The debit/credit card machine was down and i was encouraged to go to the nearby bank and withdraw cash, extremely frustrating as i had to pay a bank fee of over $5 to withdraw enough to cover my $236 purchase
