I came in due to the excellent 50% Sale. I was very happy with the prices I paid for very high quality items. I will always come in for a 50% Sale and look forward to them.

The saleswoman was not very oriented to suggest me a good and nice collection. I must try by my self to choose the charms and I did not have enough experience.

When we entered the store, we were not greeted by the staff and the first question asked to us was 'What is your budget?' When other customers entered the store, they were greeted and were not asked what the budget was. I am very offended that I had to ask to be served and then, assuming I can't afford it/won't buy anything, the staff asked for my budget. This was one of the worst Pandora experiences ever.

Customer service was okay. Sales rep was mediocre. I've had better service before but I knew what I wanted so I purchased what I came for. Perhaps I would have purchased more if the sales person was more enthusiastic. Pandora ran out of gift boxes and all the items I purchased had to put in a cheap looking little paper bag. Come on Pandora, for promotions you should have extra gift boxes available! Dissapointed in the care and execution with this store.
