Love the Pandora Black Friday promotion of "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" as I was able to mix in match charms and bracelets. I brought in a friend to this sale who never purchased any Pandora jewelery before and she loved it! The sale was also a plus.

The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my experience special as it was my 50th Birthday

Very friendly and helpful staff. Although the ring I wanted to purchase wasn't in stock, the staff was able to order the proper size for my mom & I.

I found the staff who assisted me helpful. But she wasn't very warm. She was not mean in any way but found her approach lacking friendliness.

The question does not make sense. If I have rated everything positive so far, I cannot respond to this question. Very strange to ask this if I did not give a negative rating.
