Halina was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She gave excellent advice and helped me pick out charms that went best with my mothers bracelet. Her clothing, jewellery and even nail polish was perfectly coordinated with the Pandora black and white bag and pink ribbon. She should be in a Pandora commercial! She quickly looked into multiple inquiries and knew where every charm was!

Victoria is a pleasure to shop with. She's kind and helpful and patient. I had no problems finding and choosing a bracelet and charms. She also helped me exchange a broken bracelet. I only go to shops at Don Mills to buy because of the spacious store and kind staff.
