Dana, store manager, went out of her way to help me out. She is a gem of a person. I have been to this store twice and it’s already my favorite Pandora location.

The sales associate was very nice and friendly. The store was empty so it was easy to get assistance.

Needed an special item, they said Mom, Son, and lady found right away? Found great bracelet, right away. Lady put the charms onto the bracelet, so I could see what it looked like, prior to purchase. I was there for a VERY EMOTIONAL reason, and staff were extremely supportive!

I was excited that the dream catcher charm was available at this store after calling multiple stores. Happy with the free bracelet promo and all the charms/pendants I wanted was all available. Pleased with the excellent customer service Shenille gave and her patience with me trying to find the perfect bracelet. Also, apprecited Shenille's knowledge and styling advice towards all the bracelets and colors. I will definitely come back to Shenille again for superb service and friendliness. Thanks!
