Dana was really great on helping me find the rings that i was looking for -- which actually my friend love! Also, she was of great assistance on helping me get the ring that i got as a gift exchanged to a new one because the one i got lost one of it's stone and it was still under warranty. She called me updating me all the time of what's going on with the ring because apparently they are not making them anymore. SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST FRIENDLY and most helpful associate i have ever encountered. She definitely makes me shop here all the time. :)

I came in to purchase one ring but the sales associate informed me that there would be a promotion and helped me pick out two other items and put them on hold for me.

My bracelet was broken and the staff were more than willing to replace it. I thought I would have to wait weeks but I had the bracelet replaced with no questions asked. I have been a long time Pandora customer and this policy of replacing a broken item instead of having the customer wait until it gets fixed is great. I will be back
