I love the Shops at Don Mills location because it isn't in a busy mall and I can feel comfortable looking around. Plus, I love dealing with Halina at the shop - she is super nice and very helpful. I will be returning very soon to start my Christmas shopping!

There was a lot to choose gifts from and the staff were friendly

Greeted immediately upon entering the store. Salesperson was very friendly, kind, polite, honest and knowledgeable. Purchased exactly what I was looking for and was given pouches for items to prevent tarnishing

I found the gold earrings i was looking for. Also found a ring I liked but did not have my size and Sales Associate offered to order for me and advise when ring is in the store so I can pick up.

The sales assistants were so helpful. I just came in to take a look at the new Lion King. They helped me find the perfect bracelet and matching charms.

The store manager Dana was very patient and happy to answer any questions I had about the bracelet selection. Though the store was busy, she made sure all the customers were helped. Dana went above and beyond to fit the right bracelet size, explain jewellery maintenance and warranty, and even provided a bracelet composition sheet when I requested material information. I was very satisfied with my purchase, and would definitely recommend this Pandora location.

Found a beautiful gift (ring) for my Sister. Sales lady was great

This store is conveniently located at the high-end Shops and Don Mills. The sales associates are always very friendly and extremely helpful. I was impressed with the excellent service Halina provided. I am very happy with the quality of Pandora jewelry and will definitely return for more charms!

I came in with my daughter and the store was busy, but a sales associate quickly tended to us when she finished with her other customer and we were able to find a nice gift for my niece.
