I am highly satisfied with pandora because of the quality and how all of there colour of their jewelry don’t fade. I also love going to Pandora because of the fact I can go and shop and everyone is polite. I also love going to pandora because every time I get a charm each one represents something and that’s what I love.

I went to the Pandora Eaton Centre location & was provided assistance by Andrea V - she was very attentive & helped me to choose a different bracelet & was very patient with me as I’m very particular with the things I buy & was taking my time choosing between 2 sizes. I even ended up coming back the next day because I was still unsure & I happened to run into her again. She was even so kind enough as to put some charms on the 2 sizes that I was trying to decided between. I left feeling with sure with my purchase because of her help!

Great customer service from Trisha A, at the Toronto Eaton Centre. She approached my husband and I as soon as we entered, and greeted us. I already knew what I wanted so she quickly grabbed them, and had us on our way.
