Since the moment I arrived a sales associate offered to help me. She was nice and patient the whole time, at the end I was highly satisfied with my purchase and with the service.

Thao H was helping me during time I was browsing around Pandora. She was enthusiastic and friendly, she approached me to make sure everything was okay and if she could help anything. Service 10/10.

Our salesperson, Michelle G was patient, polite, made us want to return again. Unlike the first salesperson we had, she was curt, blunt, made us feel uncomfortable. Michelle was very pleasant and approachable. Wished the first salesperson was more like Michelle. We were ready to leave, good thing Michelle helped us out.

The sales associate who was helping us was really nice, her name was Janet from the store in the CF Eaton center mall. She went over all options with us and even ensured we were able to get the promotion. She was kind and patient and it was lovely having her around. There was even another sales associate (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) who came over and complimented my earrings and it made me feel nice being in the store.
