I was so happy with my experience today at southgate pandora. My friend and I went in to purchase bracelets and charms and Shan L. was the associate that helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped my friend and I make beautiful bracelets. She also helped me exchange the bracelet I had that was too small and fitted me for the proper size. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases today, I couldn’t have done it without her help.
