This is an item I have wanted for a long time. I live wearing sterling silver and pandora has lots of different styles available in charms and bracelets.

Your customer service is extremely pleasant I had tried to clean my bracelet with silver cleaner and it darkened it I got sick afterwards and was unable to make it to the store to have it professionally cleaned. I was very embarrassed on how the bracelet looked but you sales associate Maria did not judge or make In comment on the condition that the bracelet was in. She took the bracelet had it cleaned and help assist me in putting the two extra charms I purchased. Again she was very helpful

Upon leaving the store I lost one of the beads that close my bangle bracelet and I can't return it and feel money is wasted. The bracelet is useless without the 2 beads on the ends that keep the dangle secure. It's the silver/rose gold one I purchased.
