While it was an "outlet mall" experience, I expected to have more to select from in addition to the discounted pieces. When I arrived at the complex I acquired a coupon book which had a Pandora coupon in it. However it was tied to a purchase of a gift bracelet. A good deal of the charm of Pandora is selecting individual pieces to add to one of my 5 bracelets. I asked if there was any other discount since the coupon didn't cover my buying needs. No. At every other store I shopped at in the mall, they honored their coupons whether I made the "grade" or not. I spent a lot of money at Pandora over 2 days with no discount. I probably will not shop your outlet store again. It is not worth my while. When encouraged to start another bracelet - for Christmas - it came to mind that I would rather collect a James Avery bracelet. Pandora's loss because a small extra discount was not offered - or allowed.

I was satisfied with my experience at Pandora.

I was not highly satisfied with my pandora experience because as you know pandora is an expensive store. There was also the slowness of the price check. But other than that I had a great and fun experience

Sales associates were very helpful and very patient. Store was nice and clean.

Shopping at Pandora Howell is like Christmas! So many presents for yourself or some other lucky Lady. I love it a little too much.

Nice clerk with lots of knowledge. Ease of finding store in the mall. Had charms that were on sale for last chance.

I was satisfied with the store. I wasn’t looking to purchase anything so that is why I did not select highly satisfied, but I am happy with what I got.

My husband and I came in, we bought some charms for myself and his mother. We bought on Sunday 4/28 and last night one of my stones fell out of my charm. So just over 24hrs of having it. And the sales rep was friendly, but she didn’t know much about the merchandise.

A lot of charms I was looking for they did not have.

The sales associates were very helpful. Even though what I was l looking for was not in the outlet store, I did end up making a purchase.
