I was disappointed in the sales clerk. I went in with one thing I wanted and she tried to sell me something different.

I purchased a clip that was designed for a bangle, not the type of bracelet I have. I was assured by the sales associate that the clip would still be fine for may bracelet, so I purchased it (Pink Primrose L). The associate helped fasten the clip to my bracelet. At some point that afternoon, the clip must have fallen off my bracelet because it was missing when I got home. When I looked at online reviews, other buyers have had problems with this charm falling off their bracelets. When I called the next day to talk to a manager, she merely told the sales associate who answered the phone to tell me there was nothing the store could or would do. I overheard the entire exchange, and was appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager. I strongly feel a charm designed for a different type of bracelet than I have should not have been sold to me.

The ring I wanted to purchase was not in stock. I had to drive 30 miles to another Pandora store hoping it would be available because they would not hold the ring.
