There was not social distancing. A customer wanted to see items in the case right next to me, and the clerk DID JUST THAT!! The items we not removed and taken to a different case, in order so be at least 6 feet apart. instead, we were only **2** FEET APART!! otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

There were too many people in such a small store. It was difficult to remain 6ft away from others.

I couldn’t see the charms up close in the cases. The associate had to be present to look at them. Maybe magnify the tops of the charm cases. Pandora ring sizes should be made a size 11. I’m a stately woman and I like to wear rings on my middle finger.

I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before any assistance came to talk to me. Then the associate took two people behind me before they approached me

The clearance merchandise prices were not what I would consider clearance priced. The store doesn't offer any discount for purchasing multiply items or for return customers. The items were to close together in the cases which makes it difficult to view what charms you like.

The bracelet I purchased during a previous visit broke. When we went to get fixed or replaced they could not find my receipt. I did not have paper, I don't remember getting one, but that does not mean I didn't. I had to purchase the same bracelet again. Disappointed that the first sales person during the original purchase of the bracelet did not send the receipt to the email provided, the payment was taken with out a problem. Since the original purchase we had went and picked up a couple more charms and were provided also received the emailed receipt. I am happy with the charms and very pleased with the selection. I will continue to return, just disappointed.

The people in the store where very nice friendly they laughed and talk
