I was told a charm was $35 but it was $45. I went back with my receipt and was told the charm was in the wrong place & the receipt was correct. I wouldn't have purchased at the higher price. I felt as though I should have gotten the price I was quoted prior to the purchase. It was disappointing to say the least. I had spent over $300 at that purchase and every little bit of savings helps. I had a girlfriend with me who bought the same charm because she heard the price was $35 and she was also charged full price. She is also disappointed because she wouldn't have purchased it at that price either.

Nothing on employees part its just the new way Covid 19 has things out of the norm. the outside wait is long when its very cold.

I came on to make my extensive purchase and to receive my free bracelet. I’ve shopped at the store 3 times in the last 4 weeks. The store was out and there are no rain checks. And when I asked it was scoffed at.

Due to COVID the store was restricted to 10 people in store at one time (including sales associates) and it being Sunday afternoon it was busy. However, the sales associates were very helpful and cheerful to all that they helped with their purchases. Only one, slight compliant, is probably could have used one more sales associate behind counter but that's just the time we're going through.

The service was slow, the selection was not what I come to expect from Pandora. Also once I left the store I found out another store that sells Pandora add there whole pandora selection 50% off so now I feel like I over paid for my merchandise

At first the sales lady acted like she really didn’t want to wait on us. when she saw we were really going to spend money she became more engaged.

low stock or no stock on items I was looking for. The pink stones are so pale they look clear and you can hardy tell they're pink, even next to clear.

Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic. The Howell store is rather small to have more than 4 customers inside. Especially when going from showcase to showcase.
