Pandora Jewelry

I wanted a specific item that wasn't available. It's not a big deal due to the fact that I primarily purchase "retired" merchandise, so the outlet will have it, or it won't. I was able to get the alternative option. I wanted the Pandora travel jewelry case, I got it, I just would have preferred the other set that was sold with it. The set that I have is great non the less. I ultimately got the item that I actually wanted.

Sales clerk was nice ,they kept the store with the right number for social distancing

My service was good and so was my sales rep

Only one person working the counter and she was busy, had to wait in line a while

The service itself was good but when it comes to health guidelines there was no one regulating the door so there were quite a lot of people in the store especially since it is so small.

The sales associate announced that the card I had Pandora doesn’t take. Then announced the card. I was very embarrassed by this.

I'm new to Pandora. There was a limited selection of items since it was the Outlet store and most of what they had were close-out items. I did not expect the charms to be so very expensive.

There were 2 salespeople working, the store was crowded the ladies did their best to accommodate everyone.
