I was treated at the door right away and helped immediately. The lady was nice. The only thing was I was not asked if there was anything else after selecting one charm.

Purchase was specifically for a xmas gift. Indifferent regarding the experience but it was not bad. Just indifferent

This is the closest Pandora store to me and I am unable to purchase the new charms that I really want. The stores that sold Pandora before have discontinued selling them.

Several items in the store were overpriced for an outlet

It just wasn't that type of experience for me. Everyone were pleasant and helpful. Just didn't experience that great of a visit

I visited three times. THe first time I had to wait for service, and the associate was not at all knowledgeable about the products. She had to ask another person. I was frustrated and left. I returned and Nicole was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and polite and knowledgeable. I purchased a bracelet and bead. I came back a third time and again had to wait. The supervisor waited on me and although she was friendly, she did not go above and beyond as Nicole had. I will return because of the location and selection and convenience, not because of my experience.

Only allowing 10 people in the store, including associates, is a bit troublesome.

I wasn’t that happy about this outlet as well as people was telling me about it but it’s ok. Would I go back. Maybe once in a while, not to just drive an hour away from home to pay almost the same price. But it was ok. The people was pretty friendly. Thank you.
