The associate was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. I had to redirect her a couple of times from what I was asking her about.

It was a Fast and friendly service and they acknowledge my problem and help in every way possible to resolve it which in the end I was very satisfied.

The sales associate couldn't quite figure out which bracelets I wanted based on the name of the item. I wish the bracelet was discounted, as it was an outlet store.

The associate working was all alone. She tried to keep up and give everyone time and attention to look at trays and try rings on, but she's just 1 person. Really not fair for pandora to work her so hard and stretch her so thin. Multiple people walked out while she was helping me because they were sick of waiting. I waited at the case for over 20 minutes while she helped someone else out. But I work in retail and understand, especially with jewelry that you always need to watch out for. She deserves a raise and another employee to help her out!

I love this store some of the store employees even remember us when we come in. The prices are much better then the regular stores.

There was only 1 associate working so I had to wait until she was done with the lady who took a lot of time up asking questions, etc.

Took a Bracelet back , the closure is broken. I was advised to contact customer service. I am sure I purchased the bracelet from Pandora, but it was not on my purchase tracker. Disappointed because I have Purchased or had my Family purchase on Motner’s day or my Birthday.😢

I just had to stand at the desk for a few mins before someone acknowledged me to help me. They didn't have the pink diamond that I was looking for. That's it though

I was satisfied with my shopping experience. The sales associate was very patient. I'm working on a Christmas theme bangle. I purchased a retired Christmas charm.
