I purchased 3 charms. The FIRST associate that completed the purchase asked if I wanted the charms in the box together. I said no, I would like my bracelet cleaned and the charms put on. She instantly got an attitude QUICKLY cleaned my bracelet and passed it to a younger associate to put the charms on.
