The customer service was welcoming from the entrance, even though there were many customers being served. The individual focus when the sales person assisted reflected interest in assuring that the charms being sought were available and she took time to share choices additionally. Friendly and focused on the customer.

I was so surprised to see this store in our mall. I had never been to an actual pandora store before, mostly because I didn’t think it was something I could afford. Upon entering the store , the associates were super friendly and energetic. They pointed out some great sales, but everything in the store was at an amazing price. I initially went in to just look and make my Christmas list, and I ended up walking out with 3 items and spending under $60!!!!! I can’t wait to go back tomorrow with my husband !!!!
