Both the manager and customer service provider were very friendly. They were very personable and knowledgeable about the Pandora merchandise. They were a great team and I will be back to shop again.

The Howell store Associates were really nice and very professional. I will return there again. But, your Lansing store in Eastwood Town Center is very unprofessional, the Associates were rude and short, and I was judged on my ethnicity and attire since I came after a long day at work. I vowed never to do any business with Pandora but the Howell Associates kindness made me change my mind. I now have the Oxidized Reflections bracelet that I dreamed of getting.
