I was able to walk right in to the store and be waited on immediately even though it was during a great sales promo; I expected a crowd. Reyna W was professional and very helpful in locating all the charms I was looking for and even made great recommendations for charms to complement them.

The store was easy to find and parking was plentiful. The salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection was awesome.

My bracelets clasp broke after having it for 2 months. The salesperson didn't hesitate to replace it. She also offered to clean my 2 bracelets and spent several minutes showing me new charms.

This Pandora Outlet Store has a large inventory of merchandise. There is newly retired and some rare older retired gems. The staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a wonderful time shopping and purchasing my second Pandora bracelet.

I love the outlet store. The ladies are so nice and sincerely polite. I'm the Ann Arbor store, I've experienced racism and an associate asked my friend if she was spending her taxes or spending money. I will NEVER shop at Briarwood Pandora ever again. And that wasn't the first incident there either.
