Reanna was so helpful with her suggestions and so patient showing me different options I'm new to Pandora...but I've instantly become addicted and will be a frequent visitor! The prices at the outlet mall were just to good to resist!!!

The store was unexpectedly closed due to an evening robbery. I was able to knock on the door where they explained the situation and I had a hold so the merchandise I was purchasing was not affected so the allowed me to make my purchase, as I had driven 1 hour to get to the store not knowing about the situation. They were very accommodating to me.

Reana really knows her stuff and she always gives you her undivided attention! She is a great sales associate!

My sales associate Allison was absolutely phenomenal, very knowledgeable of the products and listened to my needs. These ladies although it was the day before Mother’s Day, no one was left unassisted, their attention to detail is superb!!! She told me how I could qualify for a gift, and I’m learning that the gifts make you spend more, nevertheless it was indeed worth it all...I like to hear Yes before I hear NO...thank you Pandora, this corporate structure is exceptional!!!

When I first approached the store it was inviting as large clean windows and the store was well lite. I was only in the store a short time before the sales representative approached me and offered assistance. I found her very pleasant and helpful. She knew the Pandora products well.
