Was able to get exactly what I was looking for and Katie at the Howell outlet pandora store was outstanding inher customer service! I would go back there just to work with her.

The associate did a very good job. Unfortunately the bracelet size I needed has to be ordered from another store, therefore, not totally satisfied. However, she did a great job and I am very satisfied.

The sales staff was ROCK STAR FANTASTIC!! I shopped with three girlfriends and we all have bracelets and love Pandora. There was plenty of staff to help all of us and even helped us coordinate gifts for each other. The only disappointment was this location did not have the new Reflexions product yet.
