Because Molly took her time to show us everything we asked her for and even arranged the charms for us in the bracelet like the way she had hers. Hers looked real pretty to us. Also, when we said something was too expensive she showed us lower cost options and she took her time with without losing her patience, rather she seemed like she was enjoying giving us information.
