The associate was very attentive to my needs. Help me decide what type of charm I should purchase.

The employer Karla that helped me was very helpful, nice and persistent and moved at a good pace. She wasn’t dragging or not like she didn’t want to be there. She kept a smile on her face and even conversed and talked with me during my purchase.

Staff was attentive (which is not always my experience at Pandora other stores) and helpful. They knew the product well and made suggestions.

This was my first time in a Pandora store and I purchased my fisrt, but not last Pandora jewelry. The only reason I would not return to this location is because we do not live in Michigan but SC.

The clerk was very patient.The shop is near me.At outlets, it's easy to shop.

I walked in the store and was asked how they could help me and if I was looking for something special. I came in to get my Pandora charms and bracelets cleaned which Katie said she could do, in the meantime I was looking around and saw a charm I liked and purchased that. Very good customer service.

The sales associates were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was bright and clean. Well displayed merchandise.

The sales lady was very friendly and helpful. It is an outlet store and I was just browsing but she showed me a sale item that caught my eye and I had to buy it for my wife.
