The sales associate Sydney was awesome. Sydney was very patient with me and my children as I thoroughly checked all jewelry counters to make sure of my purchase for my 11 year old daughter. Sydney was very knowledgeable about all the items I was interested in and she also pointed me out to other items which I choose 2 of them. Store was very cleans.

Kaedra was very helpful during my process of selecting rings. I was very indecisive, but she remained patient with me and offered me opinions. She knew her product knowledge and that helped ease the shopping experience.

all of the sales people was so friendly I just felt very welcome in the store. Nicole was very helpful she took the time to rearranged my bracelet for me. And when they didn't have what I wanted in the store she took time and ordered them for me . I just have to say that all your sales rep are very very nice.

The sales lady Elise was awesome and extremely friendly. She took her time and helped me pick out charms that fit my personality and help organize the charms on my bracelet so that the charms were in a perfect order. She also offered to clean my bracelet and shared upcoming sales and promotions. I look forward to my next visit to the store :)

I did not know that a Pandora discount outlet existed. Was expecting to be able to buy new merch, but was surprised to find discount prices somewhere besides Ruelala.
