Katie and Carlen went ABOVE and beyond to help me and my sister with a phone order. they spent several days looking up prices and availability of retired charms on our list. they were always kind and willing to help. the customer service they provided was beyond excellent!!!! thank you katie and carlen!!!!!!!!!!!

Your representative, Molly , employee # 176799, was terrific, I first called your customer service #, and was told that because I didn't buy it online, that they could not help me. Then I called your Outlet store, in Howell, Mich. and Molly was terrific and couldn't wait to assist me. I purchased a mesh bracelet and the hook broke. She did the exchange and fix all my issues, and volunteer to clean all my moms bracelets, she has a total of 9 metal and 7 leather ones, plus 6 rings and 2 necklaces; this store is always very nice and kind to my mom and I. Both of us are disabled but this store always makes us feel welcome.
