Chloe was very patient with me as I made up my mind on what I wanted. Even when I changed my mind and decided I wanted something else and not what I originally picked out. She went up and above to help me out and make sure I was completely satisfied.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE PANDORA OUTLET BEFORE. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE VALUE WAS EVEN BETTER. I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE TO GO TO THIS LOCATION.

The clerk was knowledgable about the charms and knew exactly where the ones we were looking for were located. She was also able to suggest certain charms we might be interested in.
