Megan was able to help me exchange a damaged ring when I couldnt get ahold of any associate through the corporate phone number. Was in and out with my new ring within 15 minutes! Beyond happy with my experience!!!

I came to the store with 4 charms that I purchased with out having made use of them for over a year. I was afraid I might be stuck with wasted purchases, as the 4 pieces had no uniformity with anything as I first browsed in the store. The associate calmly guided me and everything started to fall into place and I now have a wonderful bracelet that I will be proud of and enjoy wearing. Jessica was Great and I am so glad she was there to help me.

This was my first Pandora purchase. My fiance took my shopping their for my birthday. The sales associate was very helpful in showing different products to start my new bracelet. She help me pick out some nice things and gave me some advice on how to take care of my birthday present!
