We were in a vacation. It was a very nice Pandora store. They were friendly

I was highly satisfied because of the knowledge that Meghan at the store in Howell MI told myself, my sister and niece about the items that were purchased. My niece had never been to one of the Pandora stores and she was amazed and I personally enjoyed seeing her face light up when she looked at the items that are available in your store. I would recommend your store and location to any of my family and friends for future purchase. The experience was excellent. Meghan made us feel comfortable and she was patient with us when we couldn't make our minds up about certain items.

I purchased a pandora bracelet for two of my granddaughters (10 & 12 years) a while ago. Their bracelets broke and we went to the Howell Tanger Outlet to see if we could get them repaired. The sales people were extremely nice to them. They fixed one of the bracelets and replaced the other free of charge. They were so patient with them as they made choices of which charm they wanted to get. Chloe was one of the sales people and I can't remember the other, but I was very impressed with how nice everyone was to us. We will definitely return to get more charms for their bracelets in the future!

I love Pandora and have a lot of it. Where I live there is not a Pandora store. This store was fun to go to and the employees were very nice.
