I found 3 new rings to purchase. The sales associate never rushed me in my decisions and allowed me to try on the rings as many times as I wanted. She put me on the call list for future updates in the store. She was friendly and thanked me for coming in and to have a nice day.

Upon entering the store I was greeted even though the sales associates were assisting other customers. When asked if they could clean my sister’s earrings, they did so without hesitation. Meghan and Nicole were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient.

Waited in line for the associate to help someone who came in after me. I didn’t appreciate this.
