I had been interested in this charm that was retired and the store didn't have any at that time, but they let me know if they were to get more in stock they would hold it and call me. That went above and beyond what I was expecting from them. It was so surprising and kind! I've always had a pleasant experience at this Pandora. Robin and the other sales associate were lovely and so helpful!
