I received an email for the You're invited to shop B2G1, first! and was told by an associate that I did not qualify for this offer because I didn't want to open a credit card. The offer did not state that this was for credit cardholders only but for both credit card and pandora club members as well. Which was very disappointing. I purchased two items at that time and that was the whole point of me driving an hour from home is to partake in the b2g1 offer. Very dissatsified.

I went to the Pandora in 12 oaks mall. The sales associate seemed like she was out of it. I asked for a side 7 in a ring and she gave me a 7.5. As I proceeded to tell her it was the wrong size she kept arguing with me that she was correct. Therefore, I left the store with the wrong size! I had to make a far trip to a different Pandora to exchange!! I am very upset with this service.

The person who waited on me her name was hunter was one of the rudiest person ever she should not be working in retail and I only bought the charm because I hadn’t been able to find it at 3 previous stores I went to because normally I would not give someone that rude my business

I purchased a bracelet plus 3 charms & chain. As a gift for Christmas. One of the charms was clearance. I understand that clearance items are not refundable...but apparently the charm that was sold to me unbeknownst to me or the store was defective and would not fit on the bracelet. I was told that nothing could be done because it was a clearance item. As a business owner there is a difference between returning/exchanging an item because I don't want it versus it being defective and expecting you to ensure I get a usable product. So not only did the company not exchange.. which is really all I wanted the defective item. They offered me 25% off my next on line purchase when I receive the online coupon it was only for 10% off not the 25% that they had stipulated in the store and on the phone. Me and my family have made several pandora purchases in the past and this experience has ruined our relationship with this company.

The Sales associate was not very pleasant, and seemed as If She didn't want to service Me.The Other Ladies we're nice,but not my sales associate.

Salesperson Grace K was unapologetically inconsiderate when it was brought to her attention that I was overlooked to be be put on the "wait" list for service. Nasty disposition!

Without any exaggeration it literally took a sales associate over an half hour to acknowledge me and that I was in the store. I full understand that they had customers in the store who’s were in the middle of picking out beads and spending way more money than I was going to be spending, but I would expect at least one of the four ladies working to at least say hello to me and let me know that they’ll be right with me. I was even more surprised when I saw that one of the ladies working had a tag on saying she was the store manager and that she let a customer just stand in her store without being greeted or acknowledged. What even floored me more is that as I’m waiting there to look at items another customer walked in AFTER me who happened to be with the ladies that were in there shopping and the sales associate serviced this band new customer before me. I will say that after legitimately waiting for an hour to look at rings, the associate that did help me was very friendly.

The sales person waiting on my sister and I clearly had no idea about what she was doing. She would move trays around and not listen to what we wanted to look at. She would take charms out and tried to hold them all in her hand without showing them to us. She dropped some on the floor until another associate gave her a tray to use. Our sales visit took over 2 hours for at most a 30 minute transaction. When asked for a particular price she would guess the price and then say she would look it up later when she started the sales transaction. She also did not know how to properly process a credit card purchase. The acting sales manage had to step in and fix the problem. The sales associate we worked with was not apologetic when she should have been for her lack of training and knowledge. I finally grabbed one of the books (she kept flipping through at least 4 different books for pricing) and quickly located a bead for her to scan for a price check. This is a new outlet store and I realize their staff are all new. I visited this store 3 days after they opened and made big purchase. The staff was new but tried to be very helpful and pleasant. This associate last Friday was not friendly!

You did not have enough sales people. My sales person was OVER TIRED, FROM CRAPPY HOURS TO WORK. She did not tell me that I would be charged $10 for a free charm! She did not have any boxes. She SAID 2 for one was NOT at the Howell store. I had to wait OVER an hour to be serviced! I will not be shopping there any more and WOW your prices have gone up A LOT !!!!!!!!
