Pandora Jewelry

I came in to spend money because I love pandora. The staff was nice but not overly nice. They didn’t “sell” me on anything, or show me things to give me ideas. I had to keep asking questions to prompt the staff to show me product. I would have bought a lot more if they were more enthusiastic and engaged.

The prices were incorrect and asked the clerk to check prices she acted like it was a inconvenience asked for leather bracelets showed only what was on display they tried to sell me 1 not even displayed and not the correct price

Chloe is amazing, however, this particular location needs improvement with regard to customer service. The sales associates don't acknowledge you when they're helping customers. At the very least they should be saying, "I/someone will be with you shortly" or "Are you here for a specific purchase?" They just leave you standing there while they babysit and pressure Lookie-Loos and hope they buy. This is particularly frustrating when you come in to make a purchase and not just look around.

Sales associate was not able to help between customers. Felt rushed. Waited over 15 minutes before I asked to be helped. Bracelet was too big

The sales associate was very short & stated inaccurate information.

I was sent to consumer affairs and never got a call back from the woman I spoke to...unfortunately I did not get her name

Allie (possible management team member) was not welcoming, I asked 3 times for her to explain ‘Pandora’ to my husband; in turn she had very little input and non convincing. I had to ask a number of times about special items, campaigns etc.... It was my husband who discovered the package we decided on for my daughters birthday gift, mind that this will be her 1st Pandora treasure.

Trying to find a charm for my mom lady started helping me then she went to help someone else and didn’t care to come back to help me Then when I was looking at certain ones she’s kept saying this might be out my your budget when I never even told her I had budget at all definitely didn’t like that at all wouldn’t be going there definitely telling people to stay away from there as well

The Pandora within the tangers outlets was a beautiful location the service I received was rude and discouraging.
