Purchases were made at an outlet store. I had visited the store on a previous occasion and purchased items then, and saw other items I would like to purchase later When I returned at a later date, the items were priced much higher, and the sales clerk could offer no explanation.

Cheryl was not very knowledgeable of the products. She was very but extremely slow. Also she did not explain that the sale was final and items could not be returned to other pandora stores. I would have gone to the store closer to me instead because this one is far away. Especially, because the item purchased is a gift. So I am very upset.

The Sales Associate did not give 100% she was the same person that mishandled my previous purchases from a prior visit. I spent $247. I asked if she could clean my jewelry she made excuses. I did notice that the Manager was not there and she’s younger while management away services were vague and I was very disappointed

The sales associate wouldn’t make suggestions when asked. I didn’t feel as if she wanted me to make a purchase. I felt as if she was annoyed by my presence.

I purchased a leather bracelet. Wore it twice. The clasp broke off. I was only allowed to exchange it for the same item. I don’t want the bracelet. The design is poorly made. I wanted a store credit to pick out something better.

my salesperson made me feel like I was an imposition. I felt like she was trying to rush me out of the store. She was not friendly or very helpful.

The selection of merchandise was terrible. Everything I wanted was out of stock. The sales associate seemed frustrated with me because I couldn't decide what I wanted to buy. While if they had what I was there to get in stock, it would have been a quick transaction. I felt pressured to buy what I did get and I will most likely be returning it because it wasn't at all what I wanted.

I told the clerk I had a $10 off coupon I had to find she continued checking me I found it and she told me it was too late to use because She was already done and I can just have $20 off of $200 cause I now have 2 coupons. Well I don’t think that was really fair.
