I was not greeted when I entered the store. One sale associate was speaking with another customer and did not even bother to say hey someone will be with you in a second. The other worker was walking the dog. Then the previous worker who ignored me watched over the employee working with me and having a blank stare at me but never spoke to me. It was rude and I did not like it!

SOMEONE TOLD ME THE CHARMS WERE CHEAPER AT TANGER OUTLET, BUT I FOUND THEM TO BE THE SAME PRICE AS THE MALL. WASTED TRIP

The sales attendant was not inviting! She seemed irritated 😠 not a friendly vibe at all. I have never felt experienced this type of customer services at any other Pandora store. I will not recommend this store nor will I patronize it again. I will continue to shop with Pandora just at a different location

Jessica seemed in a hurry, kept saying "is that all" or "are you all set" when we were choosing our purchases. Wouldn't leave one tray out for us to look at on top of counter, hard to see the tiny locket charms in the whole case. I theft that high that customers can't look up close? We were told it's the policy.

I took my charms in to be cleaned for the holiday. Two hours later they were not cleaned to my satisfaction. Associate said they tarnished because I was wearing them daily??? My purchase was great but I hesitated.

It was a little busy, but it is Saturday, and Sweetest Day. I LOVE this location and willl be returning in the near future to purchase additional item that I desire.

Was told I would get 10% off my purchase if I opened a Pandora charge, but it does not reflect on my receipt which I found after leaving the store.
