I walked around the store twice before I was acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance. I was not told about discounted item that other customers were told about. I did not feel I received the same level of service as other customers.

The sales associate suggested a safety chain since my collection is growing, however, the selection was exceptionally limited. There were only a few choices. I understand this is an outlet store, but there should be some more choices than just the plain safety chains. Otherwise, Reana was wonderfully helpful.

I purchased three disconnected rings for my daughter for Christmas. They were too big and needed to be exchanged but I could not due to no one telling me they could not be returned. Neither did the receipt say that! I ended up purchasing 2 new rings! The lady who helped me way very nice.

The salesperson waited on both my friend and me, though there were two other sales associates available at the time. Christina made a mistake with my friend's purchase (charged her the wrong price for the charm), and when my friend showed her the correct price listed on the charm, she was neither friendly nor professional in her response. She seemed very irritated at having the correct price pointed out, and acted as though it was a big hassle to have to correct the error. The order had not yet been cashed out, so it really should not have been a problem. Christina also forgot to enter the information for the free bracelet I earned with my purchase, and we had to wait to have that entered into the system as well (after she finished my fiend's transaction). She was also a bit pushy when showing us different charms, and indeed boxed up a charm for my friend that she was not interested in purchasing. We did spend a fair amount of time looking at different charms, but the store was not at all busy while we were there, so we felt able to take our time and not rush.
