I was assisted by rep Asia M. She was attentive, very professional, very friendly, and just very helpful, I walked in with no idea what I wanted and she helped me pick out 3 things I purchased at a good deal, even helped me hide the bag when I explain it was a gift for someone that was in the mall with me, she was amazing and made my experience great

Kathryn Kemp is an excellent store manager every time I have been in the store to make a purchase. The overall store and workers are veryhelpful and very patient. I also like how they keep you informed with specials and or promotions they have going on!

My glow in dark charm loss a piece. I had to make a visit to the store to complete an exchange/return. Hoping I don’t have this problem in the future. Making for an extra visit to exchange/return.

Didn't have the product I wanted, so I had to go home and order it on line. Ordering on line did not permit me to ship to two different addresses. Chat was the worse.
