The woman who helped me was very polite. There was a lot of people in the store and she came over to me to ask if I had needed anything. She was very helpful in getting me a new clip.

My husband and I were waited on right away. The sales person knew just what to show us based on what I talked about. She even mentioned this survey when I mentioned we would be back in early June.

They had the charms I was looking for. The sales associate (Danielle G) was very patient and knowledgeable. Got two charms that I really liked and the staff was friendly.

I am highly satisfied with Sam, the sales associate but was disappointed that an item I wanted was not available. She went over and beyond to see if she could locate it for me.

Upon entering, I was greeted, right away with a warm and friendly smile. Danielle G. took as much time needed to show me each piece that I was thinking about buying. Danielle G. took time to work through the pricing, the advertised special pricing in relation with my initial purchase. I usually don't buy jewelry the way I did that day but Danielle got me with her immediate meet & greet, then the way she took time to explain the value and the product. Those key elements is what made it easy for me to become a first time buyer with her at that store.

The Representative was friendly, pleasant and knowledge of the product. jTook her time to help me to find what I wanted. She made me feel like he wanted to help me.

The sales associates were so friendly. I talked first with someone on the phone from Ross Park Mall who was so nice. That store did not have what I wanted, so I was referred to Monroeville Mall. Meeting the sales associates there was a pleasant experience. I was thoroughly satisfied.
