Pandora Jewelry

Sales associate was very friendly. I was waited on rather quickly. I was disappointed that both items I went in for were out of stock, but the associate found two other items that satisfied my purpose.

I had a bad shipping experience online with a store in a different state, so I decided to come to the local one and see what they had there. Once I got in the store and got to see all the jewelry in person I was blown away! It was so beautiful. The lights really made them shiny through the case and everything. The staff at the Monroeville store was super welcoming and I ended up buying an entirely different ring than the one I chose online and I’m super happy about it. All in all it was a great decision to go in store and buy it than online. A+ Service!

Looking for a simple band. Sales associate measured my finger. Sales associate found 2 trays of rings for me to pick from and there were several I liked.

1. I was greeted when I walked into the store even though it was very busy. 2. The staff was friendly 3. Even though they didn’t have the charm that I originally came in for, they were able to find something that I love.

My sales person Cyndi was very nice and knew what she was talking about.

Service was quick.was greeted soon as I entered the store, and everything was so clean and elegant looking .

The gentleman who sold me the bracelet was knowledgeable and friendly and very well informed about the product . He was a pleasure to work with

Patrick was so helpful and knowledgeable. They were very busy but he took his time to help me with my selection. The other lady who was working with him was also so patient with her own customer. They both went above and beyond. Great service as always <3

In all honesty, i am not a experienced jewelry shopper. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a good gift for my mother. She expressed interest in the pandora bracelets so i took notes and found a store. So glad i did!!
