Sales rep was really nice and she helped me out with my purchase and my little issue I was having with my charms. Service was really great I always have a nice experience in pandora.

Sales associate was great in helping me find charms and explained the promotion in detail. Hard to browse in the store, I wish I had looked online first. Maybe you need to consider how the jewelry is displayed for easier shopping. The very back of the store was wasted space.
