The team members were friendly and offered me support and suggestions when I needed help locating the item (s) I was looking for. The store is amazingly clean and was easy to see all of the displays. Great jobs everyone!!

The customer service in this store is always A1. Cindy and Pat are very knowledgeable of all of the charms and bracelets they know exactly where everything is when asked

A couple small stones had fallen out if my ring, so sales associate replaced the ring. It was quick and easy, no hassle at all. I even ended up buying 2 more rings.
