Well the sales rep was nice ...I guess I would like the rep to be more enthusiastic about the jewelry or suggest ideas. That would have made my experience better. I love Pandora so it won't stop me from going....I have a lot of excitement on my own.

The sales associate did not seem as though she really wanted to assist me. I had an exchange from the holidays and if she would have shown me a little more interest I may have purchased additional items

The store did not have several of the items I wanted to purchase nor did they have books to view. They were under staffed and the line was extremely long, so customers waiter outside of the store for more than 1/2 an hour just to find that what they wanted was not available.

I think that the merchandise is over priced and I understand that it’s sterling silver but it gets dirty real quickly $30 for a piece of separated that’s insane

I would have liked a little more advice and assistance with the purchase. I was purchasing earring, necklace, and ring. They were a gift. The associate was not helpful. As I was deciding on rings she seemed impatient.
