I like how they have a line and only allow a certain number of people into the store, as the store is not very big. I walked in to get my bangle and charms cleaned,The line moved pretty swiftly. The associates cleaned my charms and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went in looking for a charm and was gladly helped by a young lady who was very nice. She was also kind enough to show me a few other items I wanted to just see

The person who helped me out was so friendly and warm, she really helped me decide what I wanted and encourage me without being pushy or pressuring. I believe her name was Ilona
